Refunds

No Refunds Policy

“No Refunds” means that Backstage 54 Entertainment does not grant refunds for any event. You can’t submit a refund request for your order, but you can still contact the organizer with questions.

Policies set forth by Event Partners, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled.

TIP: Depending on our event settings, you may still be able to change the name on your order, transfer your tickets to someone else or transfer to a different event hosted by the Backstage54 Entertainment.

Rescheduled / Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of the event details like new location and time. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled.
