Please note, the following privacy policy is purposed for clients and prospective clients of Backstage 54 Entertainment, and all related web sites, downloadable software, mobile applications (including tablet applications), and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Privacy Policy is displayed, and all other communications with individuals through from written or oral means, such as email or phone).
Backstage 54 Entertainment respects your privacy and works hard to safeguard the privacy of your personal data as you have provided it. We realize that the rapid growth of the Internet and online services raises questions concerning the nature, use and confidentiality of information collected about consumers. We want you to know that we apply our commitment to safeguarding privacy to our online and Internet activities.
Definitions
“Client” means a customer of Backstage 54 Entertainment.

Personally Identifiable Information
Backstage 54 Entertainment provides “Clients” with web based software that collects payment details and visitor information from its customers and participants. In order to process online payments and provide service to the customer, Backstage 54 Entertainment asks for personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code) from you in order to complete the transaction, registration or payment. Backstage 54 Entertainment only discloses personally-identifiable information to the Client in accordance to the Clients requirements. Backstage 54 Entertainment does not share any information with unaffiliated companies or organizations. Because data submitted through Backstage 54 Entertainment is a critical part of our business, it would be treated like our other assets in the context of a merger, sale or other corporate reorganization or legal proceeding.
Legal
We also provide personally-identifiable online information in response to subpoenas and other legal demands, and where we believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against individuals who may be endangering public safety or interfering with Backstage 54 Entertainment property or services, or with our clients’ or others’ use of them.
Communications
Backstage 54 Entertainment may use email addresses of Clients’ who signed up online to send an email related to our products and if affirmatively indicated a desire to receive additional information. Operations
We use the information – other than Client Data – to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service; to provide the services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service. We process Client Data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Client or User.
Improvements
We use the information to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our Visitors and Users, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, feature, and functionality. Should this purpose require Backstage 54 Entertainment to process Client Data, then the data will only be used in anonymized or aggregated form.
How We Collect Information
We collect different types of information from or through the Service. The legal bases for Backstage 54 Entertainment’s processing of personal data are primarily that the processing is necessary for providing the Service in accordance with Backstage 54 Entertainment’s Terms of Service and that the processing is carried out in Backstage 54 Entertainment’s legitimate interests, which are further explained in the section “How We Use the Information We Collect” of this Policy. We may also process data upon your consent, asking for it as appropriate.
Backstage 54 Entertainment collects information principally online upon signup of Backstage 54 Entertainment as a Client and any registration form through any of the Backstage 54 Entertainment products created by the Client. For example, when you order a product, take a survey, make a donation, to submit to contest, or other promotion from our Client, we capture this information on behalf of our Client. A client’s name, address (postal and email) and telephone number are usually asked for in these cases. But we might request other information, based on the services involved from the requirements of our Client. We do not share, make data or personally identifiable information of participants of Client available to any third party for any reason.
“Automatically Collected” Information
When a User or Visitor engages in the Service, we may automatically record certain information from the User’s or Visitor’s device by using various types of technology, including cookies, “clear gifs” or “web beacons.”
Information Collected by Clients
A Client or User may store or upload into the Service Client Data. Backstage 54 Entertainment has no direct relationship with the individuals whose Personal Data it hosts as part of Client Data. Each Client is responsible for providing notice to its visitors and third persons concerning the purpose for which Client collects their Personal Data and how this Personal Data is processed in or through the Service as part of Client Data.
Security
We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use.
Your Choices
Access, Correction, Deletion
We respect your privacy rights and provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Data that you may have provided through your use of the Services. If you wish to access or amend any other Personal Data we hold about you, or to request that we delete or transfer any information about you that we have obtained from an Integrated Service, you may contact us as set forth in the “Contact Us” section. At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted or blocked in our database. You may also fill out the form here to request actions for your personal information.
You may update, correct, or delete your Account information and preferences at any time by accessing your Account settings page on the Service. Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
You may decline to share certain Personal Data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide you with some of the features and functionality of the Service.
At any time, you may object to the processing of your Personal Data, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you believe your right to privacy granted by applicable data protection laws has been infringed upon, please contact Backstage 54 Entertainment’s Data Protection Officer through the privacy action request form. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with data protection authorities.
This provision does not apply to Personal Data that is part of Client Data. In this case, the management of the Client Data is subject to the Client’s own Privacy Policy, and any request for access, correction or deletion should be made to the Client responsible for the uploading and storage of such data into the Service.
Navigation Information
You may opt out from the collection of navigation information about your visit to the Site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature.
Opting out from Commercial Communications
If you receive commercial emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email or by sending an email to the address provided in the “Contact Us” section.
Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving commercial email from us or otherwise modify the nature or frequency of promotional communications you receive from us, it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.
Minor and Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18 without obtaining parental consent. If you are under 18 years of age, then please do not use or access the Service at any time or in any manner. If we learn that Personal Data has been collected on the Service from persons under 18 years of age and without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete this information. The Service is not intended to be used by minors, and is not intended to be used to post content to share publicly or with friends. Data Security
