Facebook Contest / Instagram Giveaway Rules and Conditions
- Anyone participating in Backstage54 contests automatically agrees to all the following rules.
- Anyone can participate in contests, but winners are bound by the local regulations regarding age limit allowed in clubs and venues.
a) If a winner is by means of age not allowed in a venue, they can transfer the ticket to an age appropriate person.
b) In any other situation, other than age limit local issues, the tickets are not transferable. - A participant is entering a contest by following instructions precisely stated in a Facebook or Instagram post, depending on a social network they are using. Different competitions will sometimes have different instructions for entering (e.g. Guess an artist, or Post a picture from the concert), but the contest itself will always depend on these guideline rules.
- If there is more than one correct answer, the winner will be selected by a random generator software, with a screenshot or video of the process posted publicly.
a) By entering a contest, every participant agrees on their name being print screened and shared publicly, in case they win. - Award will be announced in a social media post, for every separate competition.
- Since the awards will mostly be concert tickets and similar content, Backstage54 will deliver the awards digitally.
a) Winners are obligated to provide personal contact information (e.g. phone number, email address) so the awards could be sent.
b) If a contest winner doesn’t have an email address, the tickets will be sent via post office. In this case, a contest winner is obligated to provide a home address. - Backstage54 will not arrange for the winner’s transportation to and from the event venue. Every participant should only enter a contest for an event happening on the location the winner could independently access.
- Winners will be informed through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Messenger and tagged in a post announcing winners. Any participant agrees upon these means of contact.
a) If a winner doesn’t answer within 72 hours after being announced and contacted, another winner will be randomly selected and awarded. - Every contest will have a start date and end date clearly specified in a social media post announcing a contest.
- If a contest requires a user-generated content, all entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of Backstage54, who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received.
- Backstage54 contest will never ask you to pay an entry fee. If anyone is asking you to do that in our name, please contact us immediately.
- Backstage54 contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.
